Listen up. I do not like fine dining. Give me a big ass steak or anything wrapped in bacon and I will rip that shit up. I've always been a baker, but I don't feel like baking requires any type of skill. It basically comes down to science and a test of how well you can follow directions. Note: I do not think that I am an amazing chef. I am not the next masterchef. The last few years however, I have experimented a lot with recipes and come up with a few of my own. Some of them have been disasters, and some have been really REALLY good. So introducing Operation Yum: an attempt to showcase my favorite recipes as well as continuing my quest for finding delicious food with my style of cooking- homey with minimal fluffy bullshit.
